When is the sky bluest? When is it that it seems the sunlight can never be so bright? It’s during monsoon that these are so, and these happen when the sky clears after a fresh bout of shower.
In winter when there’s very less cloud in distant horizon, the sky doesn’t appear as blue as during rainy season. During summer occasionally the sky does appear clean blue as if washed by water, but to me the blueness then still falls short of ‘monsoon blues’. Perhaps you agree with me.
