The mushrooming of private management colleges all over India is a proof of lopsided priority in the higher education. There is no building of real talent by these institutes.

I woke up one day while checking an assignment on Crisis Communication. More than 50 per cent of my students understood crisis communication as crisis In communication, and ended up writing about how one could communicate better in private!
